EIOPA approves PRIIP amendments !

The EIOPA (European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority) Board of Supervisors approved the draft RTS (Regulatory Technical Standards) for PRIIPs revised by the ESA (European Banking Authority, European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority and European Securities and Markets Authority) on 3 February 2021.
This means that it is now increasingly likely that the required new methods for calculating the performance and transaction costs of the new PRIIP KIDs will be implemented on 1 January 2022.
