Employee software operation/support (m/f/d)

For support of our internal infrastructure, the infrastructure hosted in a data center and the support of our customers from the banking sector, we are looking for employees for operation and support at our headquarter location in Bad Homburg

Your tasks

• You are the first contact person for our customers (2nd level support) and ensure the smooth running of our software applications for them.
• In addition, you will independently and autonomously manage our internal infrastructure such as servers and Oracle databases.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your education in of computer science (FH or similar)
• Ideally you have several years of professional experience
• You are proficient in SQL and related standards
• You have sound knowledge of Unix/Linux, MS Windows Server/Active Directory and ideally VM-Ware experience in Oracle and PostgreSQL (DBA), application servers such as JBoss and knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of German and English, written and spoken
• Quality awareness and high self-motivation
• Independent work, sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality
• Team spirit, flexibility, creativity and passion
• Professional communication at all levels
