Customer Support/ Success Specialist (m/w/x)

Then you've come to the right place! You are the first contact person for our inter-/national customers. With your technical know-how, tact and sense of responsibility, you will answer our customers' technical questions and find customized solutions - always with the goal of delighting our customers with the best possible support.

As a member of a highly qualified team, you always keep an eye on the latest technology trends (e.g. AWS Cloud) and work closely with the project and product teams. You live the DevOps idea and thus also contribute internally to our success with continuous process optimization.

Your knowledge of common operating systems (Unix/Linux, MS Windows) and databases (Oracle,PostgreSQL,NoSQL DB) and your experience with application administration (JBoss, Teams, MS-Office etc.) will help you. Great if you also have further knowledge in Cloud Infrastructure as Code (CDK) or Cloud Security!

With your technical knowledge, your communication skills and your enthusiasm for technology, you will quickly lead projects to success on your own responsibility.
