PRIIP Regulation now also mandatory for fund providers!

From 01.01.2023, the new technical regulatory standards come into force

The regulatory dynamics on the capital market are in full swing: As of 01.01.2023, the PRIIPs Regulation with all new regulatory technical standards (RTS) for key information documents (KIDs) of packaged investment products (PRIIPs) will also apply to fund providers. The provision of PRIIP-KIDs poses new challenges for all fund providers and investment companies.
